What I’m all about…

For the past 25 years, I have been obsessed by the theory and mechanics of doing things well. This was a great foundation for me and enabled me to achieve incredible results for some of the UK’s largest businesses and create wealth for investors and business owners.

But something was missing.

My conscious mind, while giving me great momentum, meant I wasn’t spending time doing the things I needed to do, not just for me but for the people I love most in the world. I’m sure we can all relate to endless to-do lists, overthinking meetings, lack of trust in colleagues to deliver what’s needed and contingency plans for contingency plans!
These took time and focus away from what I needed to do to live a beautiful life, this way of living made me ill and caused a breakdown in my relationships.

I made a change after that. I began to learn from some excellent, inspirational mentors. I started getting clear and intentional about what I wanted in life and took massive action to improve my mind, my body, how I spent my time, live less selfishly, and create a plan to look after my family for generations. My life has never been better.

In my journey, I have combined Knowledge & Experience with mindset discovery.

I have gone from turning ideas into product and service solutions for niche markets; developing and systemising winning sales and marketing strategies; creating roadmaps of new products that will deliver value to customers; providing sustainable cashflow and profit!

The mindset bit, I now firmly believe in having clarity on what you want in life and refusing to settle! Deciding what you want to achieve, using focus to conquer limiting beliefs and fear of the unknown, being accountable for taking action and staying resilient when things don’t go to plan.

I learned that this isn’t just about business. It’s how to win with the right attitude and approach, no matter your starting point. You can still master the game!

On this blog, I will be posting and commenting on the things that I find helpful and provide guidance in the areas I have developed excellence in. I hope that you will be helped by them too and learn to apply them in your lives, as part of your plan for change.
