Guarantee Results for You: Discover What You Need to have Better Health, Wealth and Love in 2020

It’s nearing the end of another year and it’s not just another year. It’s the end of a Decade. If you are ambitious, success-focused and hungry for more from life, this is a good time to be grateful for where you are, evaluate your year, your health, relationships, career, business and endeavors.

What have you accomplished? What were your challenges, setbacks and failures in the past year… in the past decade? What do you want to bring into the new year… the new decade? Have you written any of these down?

If not, YOU SHOULD. 5 things in each Category:

  • What are you grateful for?
  • What were your achievements?
  • What are the things that made you feel bad about yourself… AND YOU SHOULD STILL FEEL GRATEFUL FOR!

Perhaps, you’ve done great and amazing things. You’ve overcome a lot of hurdles and roadblocks, formed some great relationships. These last few weeks before the year ends are the best times to take account of these things and events in your life.

If you’re a purpose-oriented person like me, who needs a vision and direction before setting off on a course, then you’d want to do this account-taking before the next year so that you can come into 2020, fully armed and ready for battle. RPM Baby!

But if not, then it would still be good to sit back and evaluate where you’ve been, where you are and where you are going in life, in general. Knowing these things can unlock gratitude and mindfulness in your heart, for the very thought that you have made it to this point in your life.

Anyway, I’m sure you want to do an accounting now. I’d like to give you some tips before you start.

  • Make sure that you are in the right condition, place and disposition for lots of thinking and evaluation. Give yourself space. Be alone in a room for a time or maybe, go out to the country, breathe some fresh air and relax. When you are relaxed and present, thoughts flow freely and emotions are at rest.
  • Don’t be in a hurry. Think about things thoroughly so you can properly process things and events. Otherwise, you would just be looking into things on the top level, instead of going deeper into things. The deeper your processing is, the more meaningful and more accurate your conclusions and resolutions are.
  • Have a clear vision. Be clear about what you want, be as specific with the details, as possible, so that you will be more intentional when you go and plan around how to reach them. Having a clear vision will activate the right side of your brain, as well, and will unlock creative strategies on how to achieve those plans and goals better than logic can.
  • Do you want to redefine yourself? Doing the same things that you have always done, thinking in the same way, being the same person will make no change, however much you think you are committed to change.

REDEFINITION.

How you want to look, be perceived, your health mentally and physically, how you spend your time… Are they your own? Is your income growing? Do you have a plan for wealth and security for you and your family? Are you happy in your job? Do you get on with people? Are the people in your life like you or more successful? How do you educate yourself? Do you invest in your own development? Where is the balance? Do you give back through voluntary or charitable actions?

  • BE WHO YOU WANT TO BE.
  • Be realistic about your vision. Don’t indulge in fantasies. We all want to be millionaires but what do you need to do; what are the actions you need to take to get there?
  • Condition yourself that it will take time and help from others so that you won’t set goals that are way over the top.
  • Give yourself some room to fail. There will be a lot of failures, setbacks and challenges. These are good and will help you grow into becoming that person in the future who will steward those goals and dreams. If you feel challenged, then you are heading in the right direction. If you don’t feel challenged, then YOU ARE TOO DAMN COMFORTABLE! So, cut yourself some slack and give yourself allowance to fail. It is healthy.
  • Share your plans with others you trust, get a coach and BE ACCOUNTABLE.
  • It takes time so, give yourself time. There will be a lot of things that will come along the way that you’d have to choose to prioritize, for the meantime. And that is not a bad thing. So, if you are a drill sergeant when it comes to time goals, don’t be. Relax, you will get there. Just don’t stop. Remember, PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION.
  • Have a mindset for action. It is good to have those goals and dreams lined up; but it would be better if you start writing down the strategies and daily things you will do, moving forward, so that you’d get those dreams. You better be ready to roll up your sleeves and work!

These are all for now. Hope you have a great last month of the year; lots of good surprises for you and your loved ones!

Cheers,
Rob
